What we do

Service, not just supply

Equipment we sold and equipment we did not. Bring it in, or we come to you.

  • Repair

    Fault diagnosis and board-level repair for optical test sets, splicers and CATV line equipment. We quote before we start.

  • Calibration

    Traceable calibration for power meters, light sources and OTDRs, with a certificate you can put in front of an auditor.

  • Installation

    Commissioning on site: splicing, testing, labelling, and an as-built record of what was actually installed.

  • Training

    Half-day and full-day sessions on splicing, reading OTDR traces and locating faults — at your premises or ours.

  • Annual maintenance

    A yearly contract: scheduled calibration, priority turnaround and one fixed price for the year.
